| This gets passed, parking is going to be a thing of the past. I imagine more liability is going to be put on the companies that provide PPC services, which they won't want to mess with. I also think that development will in some way protect our generic domains.
As was mentioned before, something like Vegasloans.com, which perfectly describes the services of thousands of businesses, would be too generic to hand over to just one business. Unless of course, Vegasloans.com was not being utilized by the current owner (as most on the outside would define "utilized") or happened to be parked. Then I would imagine, you would be a prime candidate to be a victim of this bill.
Worse case scenario, and this does pass with no change to the wording, development will become a safer haven for all of us. Anyone willing to still park domains would be crazy (...and I currently park quite a few of my domains).
