| It looks like they're working toward laws where even a generic domain can be taken away from its rightful owner without compensation by any business that is later established with the same or similar name. In other words if you register MobiWidgets and a few weeks later someone opens a business and calls it MobiWidgets they can legally take the name from you. Something like this would destroy the domain speculation business.
