I can't be bothered to go and look at those links, but I will say this (something that is factual for those of you that are like me, and fairly skeptical). I would consider myself a big history fan, and one of the civilizations that I find very fascinating is the ancient egyptians.


There are several real hieroglyphics that depict what appear to be what we call today aliens. Some of the hieroglyphics go on to tell a brief story of them instructing the egyptians on building a structure (I don't believe they actually show them building the pyramid, to be fair).

Others show advanced units of travel, which today would look like a helicopter, an air balloon, a spaceship (nothing we have yet I believe) and the oddest looks to be like one of those hovercrafts from Star Wars.

Regardless, that alone does not prove anything. However, the pyramids themselves are built to such utter perfection, and are so massive in size, with over 100,000 stone slabs and each slab weighing anywhere from 1 to 20+ tons, it would be difficult (but certainly possible) for our civilization to build such a construct today.

There is also tons of, what would have to considered back then to be state of the art technology in regards to construction. They were built so well that have that stood the test of time. Another interesting note is that a structure this massive would need to be built on a solid stone mountain, to endure the weight over time without starting to give in or collapse entirely. Amazingly, the outside surface stones are cut within 0.01 (1/100th) inch of perfectly straight and at nearly perfect right angles for all six sides. And they were placed together with an intentional gap between them of 0.02 inch. Modern technology cannot place such 20-ton stones with greater accuracy than those in the Pyramid.

Oddly enough, they indeed were built on such a structure. The neat thing is that this location appears to be the exact center of the earth (ts East-West axis corresponds to the longest land parallel across the Earth, passing through Africa, Asia, and America. Similarly, the longest land meridian on Earth, through Asia, Africa, Europa, and Antarctica, also passes right through the Pyramid. Since the Earth has enough land area to provide 3 billion possible building sites for the Pyramid, the odds of it's having been built where it is are 1 in 3 billion).

Some of these things can easily be coincidence in my opinion, however, after a number of very interesting facts, it really begs the question. Has man-kind, even early civilizations with advanced technology, had an obsession with the notion of extraterestial life, or has there been something else out there, in that vast universe, keeping tabs on us, while we slowly advance?

The last bit of news that makes me open to the concept (although at this point I firmly believe there is something more then us out there) is my parents.

My parents are divorced for quite awhile and.. well to put it lightly, they don't agree on much. One thing they do agree on 100%? What they saw one night driving down Airport Road back in 1978.

My dad was driving back from a friends house I believe and my mom noticed an object outside, quite far away in the sky, some distance away, seemingly following them while they drove. She pointed it out to my Dad, and while they kept driving, it indeed seemed to keep pace. My Dad pulled the car over (my mom started to freak out and scream at him not to get out of the car, but he didn't listen).

He got out and as he did, it was starting to come closer, and it became clear the object was obviously some sort of ship, in the shape of, you guessed it, a saucer (that's how they both described it, with a yellow / green hue). My dad said it got very close, and just hovered there. After about a minute, it suddenly left.

My dad said it took off in a the path of a Z, away, came back close for a moment and then gone. He said it happened so fast he almost didn't know what happened, and got my mom to confirm what just happened. They got back in the car, a bit shaken, and drove home. Again, could this have been a man-made aircraft? Sure, why not? But my dad said that the speed this thing traveled at was super sonic in nature, less then a blink of an eye it was utterly gone from site.

Sorry for the long post, as a skeptic (I think there is alot of crap out there, and likely some of it in this thread already), I find some of this stuff that is right in front of us, interesting, to say the least.
