Regarding your Estibot reference, a couple of comments if I may:
Estibot sucks, I know, I know
but some tips to use it:
1) pay attention to entering the domain name - BedAndBath.com (capitalized keywords) so that it will parse the keywords correctly, Estibot says
Domain Appraisal for domain name only :
USD 71,000 (probably a bit closer than many would have guessed)
2) look at the other Estibot stats, get informed, and do your own valuation:
