From a historical perspective, I can not think of any. I would like to think that being that Nazi Germany is now 2-3 generations removed that it would be less of an issue.

Volkswagen was a huge wartime manufacturer for Nazi Germany, roughly translated that means allied soldiers died because of it, even possibly some of our own relatives. I find that in general, people as a whole are very forgiving when it's convenient. The Volkswagen brand could or should be equally as appalling as the "SS" concept, the only difference of course being that you can't a ride shiny new air conditioned Nazi soldier to work.
Tell me what's worse, "SS", or "Washington Redskins", or how about the "Cleveland Indians"? Not all the Indians were massacred of course, there are still some left to be insulted by this, but obviously again the all knowing "majority consensus" determined that those quite sickening terms are sanitized enough to be associated with entertainment, especially when the only negative by-product is a "non white" Indian drinking himself to death, on some God forsaken radioactive piece of wasteland, called a United States Indian reservation.
I also agree with the other statements, we're all giving this Nazi freak exactly what he wants.
