| To my knowledge no bidder was given any TOS showing that mTLD had the right to void an auction. Indeed, it would have seemed prudent that if such a clause existed that had been shown to prospective bidders that Sedo/mTLD would have referred to it in todays release.
I will take a bet of $20 US with any member here that the proposed Sedo mTLD auction does not take place. There will be injunctions flying left, right and center here.
