OD.com sold to a very capitalized end user and only went for 220K. How much do you think someone who invests should make on their name? What are the odds that an end user who has the resources to offer 200K or more comes along?

Personally I'm not selling any premiums or LL/LLL's unless they achieve my targets, if I close a deal with a dedicated buyer now it's because they have a definitive reason to purchase "dev/project/marketing". Otherwise I'm sitting on everything until the market cleans up - which it will!
It's the summer season, there's the uncertainty of the US elections, fuel/food prices are higher etc. etc.. However I feel the New Year will begin to see things a bit clearer. There's no point in worrying and winning though because that plagues the general mindset and will effect our industry! IMO - Keep it in perspective!
