As much as we love Moniker and even with typical excellent technical supt I must say they are usually extremely slow (or even non-responsive) with other issues, especially if it involves emails sent to the acct executives which unfortunately are sometimes ignored. They are top-notch in most areas but really need to do a much better job with other communications. |
