| A good logo stands on its own in only black and white. Almost every major company in the world has their logo designed so that it works in black and white, as well as minimal spot colour applications, like business cards and tshirts.
It's only then that they look to make it full colour, shaded, with 3D effects or whatever. I think what you've done is perfectly fine. The full colour version is good for the site and full colour print applications, but it has a black and white version for simpler uses. |
