| You logic makes no sense to me. Let me understand your way of thinking. The point that I won this auction and yet the domain name was sold to someone else is irrelevant to you since it was sold for a lesser price? And the seller's unnecessary decision to take less money for the sake of expediency rather than to honor our deal for the contracted bid amount within a reasonable time somehow makes him a charitable person and immune to DNF rules in your view? Sorry, I dont think like you do. I feel people who act without regard for others and who exhibit poor business ethics should be exposed, not protected, for the betterment of the overall community. DNF is a business forum where members should have a reasonable expectation that bad business dealings will not be tolerated. If you think otherwise, then maybe YOU should get over it.
Malicious intent was never accused nor is it relevant so I have no idea why you think any lack of malicious behavior is applicable to this conversation. I could care less about intent. All that concerns me is the action that robbed me of the opportunity to purchase this name which I wanted for a very specific purpose. I really dont think this is so hard to understand. |
