Hmm, will somebody please explain how to get the $6.49 price with Enom?

Flat fee of $1595.00 (no eNom points deposited)"

According to their website you have to pay a flat fee of $1595 or deposit $6995.00 to get even the $6.95 pricing.

Any help would be much appreciated.
