I definitely think so based off of his writing style. I briefly communicated with this guy about Newspaper.com, before realizing it was stolen.
I believe this is also the guy that hacked my email account right before my eyes one night, a couple months ago. Good thing I happened to be online at the time!
This is probably the source of 90% of the thefts.
