I think this is a great idea. Though I cant for the world of me imagine why you would want the name pushed over, when changing the nameservers would be easier for both parties.. This would only make sense if you wanted to start an escrow service..

Another problem is that godaddy dont allow transfers for 60 days after the whois has been changed.. A account change would hence hamper the sellers options afterwards..

Just my 2 cents..
