They may be riding the gravy train for now, but if they fail to start voluntarily disclosing their cut, one of two things will likely occur eventually: (1) a class action lawsuit; or (2) government regulation.
I know of know other industry that is allowed to run wild without any oversight or accountability whatsoever. Right now, they are enjoying a wild west business environment, but all you need is some indicia of fraud, perhaps leaked by a disgruntled former Sedo employee, and it will all come out during the discovery process...
