Hosting cost: For me: none as I just added it to some of our servers, but since any shared hosting account will do for now, I would guess 7-10$ month if you go with a service like NameCheap.com Hosting or Hostgator etc.
One thing I forgot to mention is that you need wildcard support for the subdomains, but thats available everywhere these days. (wildcard support = all sub.domain.com urls resolve to domain.com) |
