If it doesn't break Google TOS for me, it won't for you. We are all governed by the same TOS regardless of account levels.
Regarding the Google url issue, it helps target what ads will show up but as i have said in a few other strings, do NOT use it as you don't need it. I have forund a good workaround so it is not needed. So to summarize you will not alter any Google code. Therefore no TOS issues regarding altered code.

Also, when you say ".....He has Approved this system for use and says it breaks no rules," are you referring to it being approved only for you and your sites due to being a Premium Publisher, or do you mean the Google rep said the exclusive members may also use the line of code?
Thanks for clarifying these couple issues. Of course, we are all worried about adding or changing the google javascript where any changes violate the TOS and are grounds for immidiate acct closure.
