I won't go on about it but it seems right to me that mTLD can say, 'look Sedo, you thoroughly messed up the job that I gave you to do, so please do it again'.
Nametrader, I agree that rights are defined........I was saying that those rights may not necessarily all be defined in the Sedo Terms and Conditions.
