| Yes, I agree that the North Korea situation is VERY worrying. However, it's NOT because of their WMD testing or whatever, but that their post Kim Jong-il transitional team is NOT listening to either China or Russia. I'm also amazed that some would STILL think that the US should or could act as the "world police" when North Korea is hardly their problem. The truth is, China has way much more to worry if their North Korea cousins become naughty. And very much like Iraq, North Korea does NOT have the capacity to threaten the US or the rest of the world, the best, or worst they could do to intimidate South Korea (and to a lesser extent Japan). Fortunately, Obama and Clinton are smarter people than their predecessors in the last 60 years, and I'm not too worried about them being recklessly engaged in military intervention. As a result, I don't see how China and the US could be at odds in this matter.
And to be honest, as long as the White House is not occupied by some warmongers, we'll ALL be fine. Don't worry. The worst is over.
