If you say so Focus. You're basically stating that it's ok to resell domains that are known to be stolen then?

Also I believe you're not allowed to post domains you do not own except in the broker section correct?

I've even offered to give this guy (The owner) exactly what he paid at TDNAM for it just to aquire my domain back..

So far he's saying it doesn't matter what he paid for it.

If he won't sell it to me at that out of principle I'll just wipo him regardless of cost since this shouldn't be happening to start with.

This is seriously rediculous.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't eventually get $xxxx, or better, but you may need to wait for the right buyer.

Im a domain broker.. I know how everything works.. if I wipo you.. since the domain was stolen from me to start with.. Ill pay a set fee.. provide proof it was stolen.. youll lose the domain and all the money you paid for it.. so why not do the right thing and just sell it to me for what you paid and save yourself alot of gried
