Huh? What do you expect in a country where elderly people and pregnant women cannot be on the streets of Pyongyang during the day, because they don't fit in the image. A country where they build amazing new apartment buildings just to secure them with guards and never finish them in the inside because all they supposed to do is let people believe that they can at some point of time have a nice life in one of those. A country where they have a few computers at the university just to show to the foreigners how "advanced" they are while they are not even working. Honestly, what do you expect?
