I think any domain has a high value to the right buyer like hugegrowth pointed out..but thats to the right buyer, not the other 99.99% of the peopl, the tradeoff between waiting for an offer thats 4-5k when you actually have a 3k offer as you claim is not that high when you factor in the chance of that person coming along, mid $x.xxx is a best case scenarion at end user pricing here IMO, reseller is low $$$$..I dont think its worth the gamble to wait a lot longer if you have a good offer..although it seems you are only interested in positive views maybe you have realized already that the people that you PMed and asking if they would actually buy at that price the responses are not as positive anymore..maybe ask the buyer of
