Imagine if you were the winner of a $xx,xxx .mobi domain in the second auction, and today you were making payment to Sedo, would the news not cause you to pause and think about the consequences of paying?

It was essential to warn these people that things are not as straight forward and complete as Sedo would have you think.

If the multi-posting of this news annoyed anyone I apologise, but I would do it again to save another domainer making a payment for a domain that s/he might never own because of the legal battle that has been joined today. If these second auction winners pay then how would they get their money back from Sedo whilst this goes to court?

My actions may not be appreciated by everyone on here (or N P), but if I have helped one domainer save his/her money then I have been successfull, if I have not been successful at least I have done what is right.
