| Being portuguese, I know how people dislike to type accents and specially on the web they tend to forget them very easily. So a domain with 3 accents will never be very valuable, unless you have all the other combinations... with this I mean, you should also have SaoTomeePrincipe.com, SãoTomeePrincipe.com, SãoToméePrincipe.com, SaoToméePrincipe.com, SaoToméePrÃ*ncipe.com, etc... you know...
With just one accent it's a different story since you only need two domains.
