| I just tried to contact Register.com through their online chat to talk about a domain name we have with them, but twice the chat request was cancelled after I had waited several minutes. Not impressive.
Compare this with GoDaddy, who rang me within a few minutes of my complaining here about a domain name being cancelled, and restored it to me immediately. |
