John: I've never had a UDRP, and I've only had the flimsiest of C&Ds (e.g. the prior owners of tax.net tried a C&D years ago, after the name expired and dropped, claiming to have trademark rights to "TAX" -- that didn't get them very far with me! I don't fall for their lame arguments). UDRP cases can be appealed in real court, so that's always a route one can take if there is a bad ruling. My portfolio is mostly populated with generics, so any cases would be an uphill battle for a challenger from the start. Having strong legal representation, before one actually ever gets a case, is important too.
