Domains by theirself have no value.
There is no standard.
Appraisers use parameters and formulae that they keep for theirself.
Past sales are past sales, and are irrelevant for the end user.
Who are You all to say what what we should pay or not pay for the things we want and that we can afford?
Overpricing and underpricing are terms, invented by jealous people.
Estibot.com, SwiftAppraisal.com, and all those other value estimation enities know nothing about the current position of potential buyer and potential seller.
Traffic stats. have nothing to do with the domain, but with the web content.
Most domainers, pro and amateurs, know very little about stats and business principles in general.
Anyway, the more is paid for domains, the better for everybody.
They get sold anyway, sometime.
Those Overpricing critics are not really realistic.
Emotional at most.
