(2)their parents sign an agreement states they undertake legality responsibility on behalf of them, and the other party can demanding on them in case of any problem happened. (3)contract's other party know and agree to deal with a teen
in this format, personally, I see it very possible
I started my first work back in 2000 when I was only 16y and I think the chance should be equal to all teens out their to get the chance, start work and build their success
