Thanks for your answers Gordon. From a technical standpoint, I'm not sure how they could have changed your nameservers if they were not the technical contacts or they did not have the CIRA authorization for registrars to make updates to your names. Not that it matters in this case, but you should check to be absolutely be sure you do not have that authorization set in your CIRA account. Otherwise, I do not understand from a technical standpoint how they could have changed your nameservers. That authorization thing is a pretty sneaky thing that most people never realize the implications of, and its not a setting you ever see at the registrar level, only in your CIRA account. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, but I'd double check that to avoid future problems.

Regarding this whole MyID.ca issue with regards to Gordon's accusations, Gus from MyID contacted me and explained why he cannot at this time or in this forum respond to Gordon's accusations. I personally accept his reasons for not having responded yet as being very legitimate, and I suspect that we will hear their side of the story in due time.

As for now, I personally have no reservations with participating in their auctions.
