This industry is going to require a great deal of speculation and patience...alternative energy and domaining.
Many technologies are already in place. Many more are not.
Tech savvy domainers will have an edge on these future technologies.
Like everything else, it will be purely speculative.
One I recently regged as it was the first time I had ever seen the phrase mentioned was
CarbonEconomics.com.
With the shift to move away from carbon emitting fossil fuels and tighter controls on emissions and industrial purchasing and swapping emission vouchers, we could be hearing and seeing this word used with regularity.
Again, wishful thinking and speculation.
One thing that can not be ignored is the alternatives fuels for everything and anything are in full gear.
I was watching a clip last night From the CES 2009 and the emphasis was clearly on greener, cleaner, clearer, and cheaper. There is so much coming that we are totally unaware of let alone that which we are aware of.

Negotiating. Tough practice.
Circuit City was offered 3.5 billion one time not too far in the distant past. They turned it down.
Circuit City was later offered $5.4 billion in a buy out. Circuit City said no, we want more.
Today, Circuit City is a thing of the past. Reading an article last night regarding their unpublicized sales and discounts. One particular store was 30% off everything. They will not announce in advance the discounts.
Their web site is simply a statement now.
Total 100% Liquidation.
Point is, holding out for more is not a wise practice all the time.
