It is the start of the end of one Microsoft, and the birth of another. But that won't happen until they come out with an OS, and even then to kill Microsoft's eons-long stranglehold on that market will be difficult. The only reason IE ever beat out Netscape in the first place was because every computer coming with windows came with IE and made IE open up quicker, basically giving it an easy unfair advantage.
Even if Google makes fast stuff NOW, wait until they have monopolies on more stuff. What revolutionary stuff have they done to search since they've started dominating it?
