Cursory analysis of your site indicates that all of your cached pages have been listed as supplemental, as a result of your downtime.
Put simply, this means that theses are cached pages that are no longer considered to be there. I would assume that Google has performed a deep crawl during your outage. Wrong time, wrong place im afraid buddy

I see you originally posted this in Feb, has the issue resolved itself yet?
If not, i would suggest that you submit a Reinclusion Request at the nearest opportunity.
