| I believe this name just sold on 11/4 on TDNAM for $3700. I was bidding as well, but when it got to over $1500 I dropped out. I'd say the value is between $1500 and $2000 parked. If you are going to develop it, and it gets type-in traffic, you probably paid a fair price.
