| I've been getting increasingly frustrated with GoDaddy as well. Did anyone notice that they never really answer ANY questions in a thorough way? And any time I ask a "complex" question (really not that complex, like why isn't my favicon showing up?) they relegate it to their "specialists" which means that it won't be answered for at least a week or maybe never, and when those answers do come back they are totally worthless - the worst is when they feign ignorance or answer as if they didn't understand the question at all. And I'm still waiting for answers to a couple of questions I asked over a month ago. Basically, GoDaddy support is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. |
