i used to work for same power company maybe (Com-Ed aka Excelon Corp), here in Chicago
i remember when you would get free light bulbs
you know why?
because if you didn't have light bulbs, then you couldn't run-up your light bill.
so they gave you a few free bulbs with each electric bill.
as for adding more government
if someone had been governing the government before it damn near fell apart, we wouldn't need more government to make sure the government is watching what the government is supposed to be doing.
