| I always wonder why when people do this in any other industry they're a "good businessman" or "they're thinking for the future" yet with domains they're scum-sucking cybersquatters.
If I know an area of land that is going to shoot up in value in the next 10 years and buy dozens of acres for $100 an acre - I was a "smart investor" 10 years down the road when I sell them at $50,000 an acre.
If I know a certain model car is going to be limited release and I buy a few at $15,000 and then sell them 10 years from now at $75,000 each, I was a smart investor.
Yet if I see that a certain domain (or niche) will go up in value and invest in them at $10 a pop, I am a cybersquatter.
