Pretty soon all PPC companies will outlaw TM and TM typos.

I do not think it will be so quick if at all. They will outlaw only typos, where the TM owner complained and proved ownership of the TM. Parking companies not only can NOT be obliged to study TMs of whole world, it is actually even not in their powers.
