Fixed Prices or Offers?
Maybe 2 seperate sections need to be setup.
One for domains with fixed prices and one for people that have no clue what they want.
I just think we should have 2 seperate areas as these don't really go together.
Isn't an offer section like an auction... somebody posts a name and people bid/offer money for it.
So why have offers?
I am tired of strings that say here's my domain, make an offer. It makes no sense.
Either it's an auction or it's a fixed price or it's juat an appraisal.
Why have an offers section, is an offers section just to feed someones ego?
Why would someone post a domain they have no intention of selling as a fixed price or an auction?
Is that just not an appraisal?
What type of person posts a domain like brownshoes.com and says just make offers? what are the hoping to accomplish? either the domain is for sale or its not.
My rant...
Any comments... To be fixed price domains are getting buried by these so called offer domains.

Agree....I also think it will create more sales...
Offers would still be welcome if seller allowed this in thread...I assume...but a price would be stated. In other words...XXXXXX.com $500 ... offers welcome.
Would eliminate the...."I was going to develop this but thought I'd consider offers" posts in the fixed price forum...
No one is being excluded in the process, as there will be a forum for both, but I think you might see more priced names being offered for sale...
Good idea Adam....
