I say no.. Only due to the legal reasons. But if there was a verification process that would get there parents or guardian to vouch for them, that could be another story.

And if it clearly stated that they were under 18 on their profile, then it would be the other members choice on if they conduct business with them or not. That is where itrader and reputation would come into play...
