I found an interesting thread from the DNSO.org site from back in 2001, where they identified specific people who were using blatantly false information in their challenges, Jeffrey being one of them (at least this is from what I could gather).

This guy seems to be an IP lawyer for a major law firm. At first I thought maybe he was just filing these claims on behalf of clients who may have a legitimate interest, but it seems like he was just doing this in his spare time.
I guess providing fraudulent information isn't a violation of the Texas State Bar
