| Well sometimes when I see such sales i think about 3 things
1. Buyer and seller actually are same person ( company , sister company and ect ) and they are just reducing their income to avoid paying taxes
2. Clearing the dirty money
3. Too rich to be care about 260K - as for me it's obviously waste of money |
