There is also a single domain name 法.cn
these domains are very hot,got by law firms many years before and I do not sell 律.cn for now,because I do not have it any more.
it seems google trends says 法.cn is the primary term for law

法 or 律 are primary in Chinese language too,since thousands of years before.
