Indeed a great sell... if they were smart, they would use YP.com in a rebranding strategy. The term yellow pages is all too branded around that cumbersome yellow book. I would take YP.com and come up with a catchy slogan that doesn't hinge on yellow or a physical item.
YP.com... we'll tell you why!
But then again, I'm not a CEO of a multimillion dollar company. Not yet at least.... MUAAAAHHH!!!
