That does not sound so good. You should ALWAYS keep backups of your stuff. I never rely on another company, especially $5/mo. I even have backup dedicated servers just in case and try to save stuff on USB sticks as a Plan C...they're pretty cheap these days. If you check out reviews of most, if not ALL the major hosting companies, you will find loads of bad reviews. If you want some personal advice, I can offer it to you because my specialty is web hosting and know quite a bit, not to mention am closely tied to 90% of the hosting companies out there..no more than 2 degrees of separation... |
