If you get the email with your Cpanel user name and password,then you can login into your account management system (
http://www.styleproject.com/modernbill) with your registerd email address and the same password.From there,you can manage your billing information and your domains information(If you registerd it with us).
About the Cpanel,we've already made the ftp alive.You can try now.
