There is no guarantee for more revenue or more traffic.
Its a great development towards that. From my experience I have only see positive examples come out from them as revenue did increase as well as traffic to the domain.
I can only see revenue to increase because you are providing your visitors with a complete website feel site, with useful content and targeted ads.
The ppc templates help you target domains that are not easily targetable because the content helps target the ads.
Traffic will increase as well because you have more pages with proper
SEO formated pages. Google will index these pages however when they do varies.
