My thoughts exactly. I remember when i was under 18 and thought the world against me b/c of my age however looking back i do think that i could have conducted business. I went to sign up for a trading account at the bank at 17 but could not unless my parents were involved. That quashed the idea since my parents thought my money amounted to a pittance anyways, in this case they were right. In short sure allow them if their gaurdian becomes responsible for their wrong doings however i think that it will be a difficult thing to enforce on the internet. Think about it how many sixteen year olds could have sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of real estate. One look at them in the first face to face meeting and chances are no deal would occur. In the age of invasion of privacy and conversley the age of faceless negotiations i think that a system needs to be devised in order to verify someones age. Although it will be a difficult task for you Adam. Sorry for the word jumble but its a complex issue and i was writing stream of concious.
thanks
