If what you say is factual (and everyone here has their doubts) then yes, you were a victim. You put your name behind this deal and YOUR money. The simple fact is regardless of your role in this deal YOU owe me $8,500. Your ability to collect this from "Chirag" is irrelevant.
YOUR money may already be lost if you cannot collect, but you can still recover your reputation.

I suggested this in my previous post so clearly it is something I am open to. Do not try and continue these discussions via email though. The community needs to know what is going on and I will make sure everything that happens is completely transparent. Simply PM/email me a proposal and I will say "yes/no" - any other communication needs to be public. Obviously I am not interested in low traffic, high RPM domain names and will do extensive research on any traffic names you offer me. If any were in the terminated DS account(s) or associated with your "friends" I have no interest.
