I was cursing at the sight of (one of many) Yellow Pages dumped at my door stoop just a couple of days ok. I think I've consulted print directories perhaps twice in the last 5 years.
OK, I retract that last sentence - partially. I do consult some of the smaller local community directories a bit more often, for local services. It just goes to show how much room there is for growth in the domain (and web) industry even in 2009.
