I second the motion. Sitting at home watching Court TV while caring for the wife, there were many instances of cases being thrown out/dismissed when one signer of a contract was 17 or younger.
"The defendant is 17?? Sorry, you don't have any binding contract or case with them! Next time, get an agreement with an adult! Dismissed! .... Next Case?"
All these aliases shouldn't be allowed either. I don't mean the online handle(s), but so many on the web hide their state, country, etc.
