| My issue is that they do not offer proxy bid management. At no point did I say that would not honor my current high bid. I was looking to change the proxy bid lower so that in the event bidding went higher I would not be held liable for a proxy bid that had not yet been invoked.
The second point is that when it came to talking with someone about this problem they would not connect me with a supervisor nor would a supervisor contact me. That's just bad anyway you look at it.
I accept I screwed up on the initial bid. But after that it was just bad business on their part.
